2. Services

We provide personalized bookkeeping and accounting support services designed to meet the needs of small business clients. All services are subject to these terms.

3. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include guides, templates, and tutorials in electronic format. Access is granted after confirmation of payment. Clients agree to use licensed content for internal operations only.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer printed guides or resource kits. All goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for any shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the scheduled service date if no deliverable has been provided. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Clients may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled date; rescheduling is subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for digital product refunds must be made within 14 days of initial access. If more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded, refund requests may be denied at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Clients may send back unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Clients cover any shipping cost. Once goods are received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain specialized consulting services delivered immediately upon engagement are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources. These include on-demand advisory sessions and one-off project reviews. Clients are informed at time of purchase when a service is non-refundable.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
